Started in 2003 to fill a growing need, New Solutions, Inc. owner Jan Le Van has put the unique combination of her experience in real estate sales, her interior design education and specialized training to work for many home and business owners. Jan is a Member of ASID, IHASP, and an Accredited Staging Professional.
"As the owner of New Solutions, Inc. I am truly dedicated to home interiors. For the past 15 years I have been building, selling, remodeling, decorating and Staging homes. In fact, I have been "Staging" homes to live in and to sell long before it was even called "Staging." My education and experience in Real Estate, Home Building and Remodeling have taught me to look at homes with "buyer's eyes."
